Have you ever met somebody out of nowhere and there’s an instant connection and flow? Well that’s how it was when I met Gayle Berry. She sent me a Facebook message to say hello and although I can’t remember all the details of that message, it was one of those sincere messages that is purely about connecting, and genuinely interested in finding out more about what we have in common. I immediately invited her to the launch party for the new Mpower brand in London the next day, and she came! This lady is also on a wonderful mission to empower mothers around the work both through her work as a baby message and yoga teacher, and the incredible charity work she does supporting mothers and their babies in Malawi, through Love Support Unite. I love how her successful business has grown organically and is so based on the values of love. She is one of the kindest, genuine and inspirational ladies I know.

Law, PGCE, IAIM, Birthlight, Dip Hypno, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach ITEC Massage, Author, Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga Teacher, Children’s Yoga Teacher, Sleep Consultant. I am an international expert on infant massage and yoga and mother of three. My career began as a lawyer but after discovering the benefits of baby massage with my daughter, I left the law and retrained to become a baby massage instructor. I am happy to say I have taught hundreds of parents baby massage and have trained students around the world to set up successful practices teaching and supporting parents and babies using a holistic, natural and intutative approach to parenting and childhood. I have worked with organisations such as Pampers, Nurofen for Children, Mother & Baby Magazine, Practical Parenting Magazine, Colief and New World Music, Huffington Post, Huggies Wipes to provide education on baby massage and I am the author of “Baby Massage-Expert know-how at your fingertips”. My greatest achievement has been the opportunity to spread the benefits of baby massage and yoga across the world. Setting up the Little Blossoms Project in Malawi to help support women and babies in poverty through safe motherhood and positive touch education has been life changing and I am fully committed to extending the project to other children in need across the globe.
