This interview is a gift to a very special man. The day we recorded this interview was Annelises’s step-father’s birthday. Silvestro was a very inspirational man, and Annelise’s love and admiration for her him shines through her. Sadly, he passed away a few days before our interview date, and Annelise decided she wanted to courageously go ahead and dedicated this interview to him as a birthday gift – and what a beautiful gift it was!
I first met Annelise when I was speaking at the Excel centre back in 2015. She has the most beautiful boys and she is beautiful both inside and out. Her passion and energy shine through when you meet her. Her own journey from a highly successful international finance lawyer to an exceptional executive coach who now supports professionals in the city is both moving and inspiring.

Drawing on a successful career in the city as an international finance lawyer and her cross-cultural experiences, she uses research-based psychological and business methodologies, combined with commercial experience, to maximize the potential of an individual, team or organisation.
Annelise is passionate about being a catalyst for professionals in the city to find their own aspirations and voice in a world that can be stereotyped, and loves contributing to the issue of retention of women in male dominated environment.
Coaching qualifications - Annelise is a qualified coach with Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme and is a qualified NLP Practitioner . She is also completed Time to Think Foundation Course ® and is pursuing studies in positive psychology recognised by the British and Australian Psychological Society . She is accredited in the psychometric tool R2Strength®.
